Welcome to Rehoboth Beach Yoga.
Our studio, located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, is open to all, regardless of experience. We offer yoga classes, yoga therapy sessions, workshops, retreats, training seminars and even wonderful trips to locales such as Mexico, Costa Rica and India.
The primary style of yoga at RBY is Svaroopa® Yoga, a supported practice that offers healing, transformation and illumination to any body of any physical level. There are classes every day and our teachers are certified, well-trained and enthusiastic.
