terry Terry (Ishvari) Gardner,

Terry was born and raised in Rehoboth Beach. She attended her first yoga class to help with pain from a serious car accident. It helped so much she continued to practice. After a year’s break from yoga, the pain resumed in her body. She found a new teacher and the style was Svaroopa®, which a profound effect on her body, and mind as well.
After becoming a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga teacher in January 2001, Terry has continued to advance her knowledge and love of yoga ever since, adding many hours of advanced training, including Embodyment® practitioner, Vichara® therapist, Meditation Teacher and more.

sandy Sandy (Mati) Gilbert,

Mary Jean discovered Svaroopa® Yoga when she moved from the D.C. area to Delaware.    Mary Jean is a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Basics Teacher and an  Embodyment® practitioner and has been offering Introductory and Continuing yoga classes at Rehoboth Beach Yoga since 2007.  She is also a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a member of the Svaroopa® Association of Teachers.

kelly Kelly Sharp,

Kelly found Svaroopa® Yoga shortly after her move to the beach in 1999.  The changes in her body were profound within the first few classes. More significant, however, were the changes in her mind. After two years of taking classes at least three times a week, Kelly entered yoga teacher training with Master Yoga Foundation.  She completed the initial 500 hours of teacher training in September of 2003, and became a registered yoga teacher (RYT) at the 500 + hour level, and Certified Svaroopa® yoga Teacher (CSYT).
Kelly has achieved certifications as an Embodyment therapist and a Vichara therapist – healing modalities that are offered in private yoga therapy sessions – as well as a Meditation Teacher and a Leading Teacher.
