In 2017, the Free Introductory Svaroopa® Yoga class will be held on the second Sunday of each month at 1 p.m.
Each class teaches the fundamentals of Svaroopa® yoga for all students at all levels. First time students are always welcome. All classes are open to everyone. Wear loose comfortable clothing – all props and blankets provided.
Classes are 75 to 90 minutes and are open to everyone, including beginners. The classes can be one of 12 themes (daily practice, lower spinal release, upper spinal release, abdominals, backbends, standing, forward bends, neck and shoulders, balance and inversions, classical, vinyasa and seated poses and twists). Certain basic poses providing spinal opening are used in every class.

The therapists were amazed at the progress Steve made at the yoga retreat. He has reached 110 degrees of flexbility without stretching or pressure. The therapists were so impressed that they want to learn more about yoga for their own education.

The 9 am yoga class on Saturday, October 21, will not be held. Swami Nirmalananda will offer a free meditation satsang from 1030 am to noon on that day. Namaste!
