Sandy ‘Mati’ Gilbert has been certified by Swami Nirmalananda, Spiritual Leader and Master Teacher at Svaroopa® Vidya Ashram, to teach a new and exciting Svaroopa® yoga class. It will still be a 90 minute class but will include both asana (poses) and meditation in each and every class. Not only is the goal of this style class to open your spine and your mind, it is also to take you deep into meditation to the inner experience of your own Self.
